Just bought another condo for 32g via auction that
has comps for 140g!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is absolutely astonishing. There is virtually free money
sitting there and anyone can come up with this chump change.
I really should not be talking bout this.
My biggest dilemma is hold for a 30% return on rent,
or flip for 100g profit!

Disclaimer on condo, there will be fees & commission
including about 4g in minor repairs so profit will be more in line like 70g.
