Put a sell order for this. She will do some correcting here but I see her going up more later on down the line. Inflation doesn't seem to be slowing down if very little at all.

I think I need to let my trades pan out a little more before making moves to get out.
Call me greedy but I hate losing and try to learn from it. DRV ended up looking good today so I'm happy.

My Murder Hornets scan picked this twice, but of course I didn't see or play it.
Kind of a no brainer. My mother-in-law sold her house in May and I started
seeing all sorts of stories about housing dropping after that. I should have
been all over this!

From all the article I have been reading that there is still going to be a fight inflation from the Fed. So higher rates are coming . The markets won't like it. Economy to slow down even more.
I've been watching one poster on twitter who chart's the SPX on the weekly chart. Using the 200 MA on the weekly as a gauge the bell weather marker. I figure the coming it's possible that the weekly SPX will cross and stay below the weekly 200 moving average. Thus a recession like the last two or three where price broke below the weekly 200 day moving average.

Hey let Bulls have they're day. The bottom line is inflation is no where near contained meaning the Fed will be raising interest rates. Thus more downside pressure on the over priced housing market and slowing of the economy down even more. Inflation is like that unstoppable hole in the bottom of the boat and so far the Fed hasn't been able to plug that hole while everyone is partying like all is well.
