Yes...I'm starting to get the itch to starting profits, we're getting close. We need "rent a rebel" to hold up a pipeline in Nigeria or some other banana republic to keep oil prices high.

Lol. From time to time folks look at me like what are you talking about. I firmly believe there is constant manipulation in the markets to liberate folks from their money. But I'm also dumb founded how the news follows the charts.
Bonds getting whacked today.

Pure and utter speculation, but run oil up today and in the overnight session tonight just to have the report come out tomorrow and start the next leg down. /CL almost always makes a new high before it reverses.
My options account and I are getting ready to get in a big fight. Ugh. P/L hasn't moved in a month. The lesson learned is when overall volatility is low even with high vol in a specific product doesn't have the mean reversion move I'd like. I found going 60 days DTE helps as you get a bit more theta to balance out the lack of overall vol.
