1/3/2018 4:15:25 PM I'd say...sell GUSH short on stop at $33 (if I was placing an order today) or if closes lower than today's close tomorrow. I would like to think the MACD crossing under would be the trigger....but that indicator seems to lag. DRIP appears to be forming a double bottom ($10.28 previous weekly low) on the weekly chart. I'd like to see a solid up week with healthy volume before I would think that it has turned. My mind tells me that till that happens...play GUSH either ways. DRIP breaking down past $10.28 is bullish for GUSH. Reading the above makes my head spin....hence, my goal to simplify what I see and trade....that is what I need to learn (one of them anyhow!). |

1/5/2018 4:13:29 PM JP...no "real" sell signal. Just trying to follow my own 4%- 5% profit per trade parameter. For sure a "system" type "sell" signal would be helpful for me...but right now, I'm not that good of a coder to do it yet. I've played around with filters to give me "sell" signals ... Also, with these commodity type ETFs...I'm don't understand them as easily as say...TECL or SOXL. Yes, I do have a lot more to learn....hence, I post my journey so I can go back and see what I could have done better. |
