is it possible to write a filter for the stocks which the price for last three or four months stayed in the range of two or three points, for example, last 4 to 6 or 3 months price were between $20 and $24 example of stocks (SGMS-ISLE) thank you

Have a look at "day point range". I think it will get you close to what you are looking for.
